1. The Arctix - ski, snowboard and Freeride event + TTR Snickers Classic. First we are in the mountains of Northern Norway for the Nissan Arctix Freeride. An invitation only contest to ensure the high standards. Some lines have never been skied before. Ski & Snowboard: Big Mountain Freeride Contest at the Arctic Circle
Way up in the North, far away from the conveniences of Western civilization, the premiere of an outstanding new freeride event took place from March 30th to April 09th 2007: It’s all about the Arctix at Tamok, Lapland. Lapland is arguably the most exotic part of Europe. It is the land of the midnight sun, the arctic night, the northern lights, and many other natural wonders.
In this unequalled mountain scenery a selection of the world’s leading freeride pros experiences a high-level contest where new standards are set. If the event is blessed with good weather, the riders have at least three and up to six runs every day. This takes away a lot of contest-stress from the competitors and means much more fun per day - which is the real purpose of freeriding!
2.Then switching to the snickers wallride - a three-day slopestyle event and then a wallride contest as a final.  In Saas-Fee, the “worlds best Freestyle Snowboard Action” takes place each year in April. The glacier village has the honour to present one of the last stops of the unique Ticket to Ride Snowboard World Tour. With its unequalled mountain scenery and brilliant snow conditions in late April, Saas-Fee offers the best conditions for the Snickers Classic & Popcorn to be the perfect end of the season.
Snowboard-stars from all over Europe show their best performances in two disciplines: At the Snickers Classic the riders will present their finest slopestyle tricks within the especially shaped slopestyle park while the Popcorn wallride will be the fulminant highlight of the event: The riders  have to battle against each other at an eight meter vertical wall - one of the largest walls ever to be found at a snowboard competition. Thrilling action and entertainment on the highest level are guaranteed at this extraordinary TTR event.
