53rd Engadin Skimarathon 2023

On Sunday, 12th of March 2023, around 14.000 cross-country athletes from over 60 nations compete in Maloja in the upper Engadin. It´s the second biggest cross-country event worldwide and the biggest cross-country event of Switzerland. On the 42 km long marathon route to S-chanf, the skiers move over frozen lakes, past typical Engadin villages and through a unique winter landscape. The best will finish the track within a time of about 1,5 hours.

Among the incredible number of participants are world-class athletes such as the Swiss superstar Dario Cologna, Erik Brandsdal from Norway, the complete national team from Swiss, as well es top athletes from France.
