Huge cliff drops, jaw-dropping backflips and high-speed powder runs on the steepest faces: the duel "newcomers versus the established" has made the Freeride World Tour 2012 more exciting than ever before. Lots of strong ski and snowboard rookies have brought a breath of fresh air into the world's leading freeride series and caused an earthquake in the overall rankings. In all four categories, it is a nail-biter, with several athletes having the potential to become world champion. Things are very tense at the finals of the Freeride World Tour at the Bec des Rosses!
