Ski Racing and Rock Music Event Returns to Spectacular Paganella, Italy
Alpine Rockfest, a free, televised sports entertainment festival featuring the world’s best skiers in an exhibition race with a rock music concert returns to stunning Paganella Ski Resort in the Italian Dolomites. Programming is designed for both live and television audiences with 20 international ski stars including such favorites as Aksel Lund Svindal (NOR), Ted Ligety (USA), Max Blardone (ITA), Bode Miller (USA), Cyprien Richard (FRA), Philipp Schoerghofer (AUT), Ondrej Bank (CZE) and Jon Olsson (SWE).
"Alpine Rockfest is more about enjoying ski racing, having a good time and watching the most elite level skiers really push it,” said Bode Miller. “We think the format is perfect and we have the perfect venue for it.”
