Air sports: 10 air sports in one TV package

AIR SPORTS LIVE - this event will change the face of TV sport forever. Here is
speed, skill, strategy and stunning scenery in one sensational package! For the
very first time, all of the world's official air sports are being presented in one
competition producing magnificent pictures for the viewers all over the world. This massive step is made possible due to the use of the most sophisticated camera technologies, innovative data transmission links and high-definition real-time 3D graphics. 100 mini cams and several special stabilized helicopter cams are used to show the happenings closely.

Ten air sport disciplines are featured in the inaugural AIR SPORTS LIVE event. These ten sports, in their new TV formats, will take to the sky for the first time in Wanaka, New Zealand, on December 27 and 28 2007. Many of the air sports have been reformatted for high adrenalin viewing. Spectators will see skydivers racing head-to-head at terminal velocity around free-falling pylons. Top military and civilian pilots will open up a whole new perception of helicopters as they perform phenomenal stunts and precision flying in direct competition with each other. Powered aircraft will perform dramatic aerobatics featuring massive G-forces and millimetre precision.
