The 4th edition of the Mediterranean Epic kicks off the mountain bike stage race calendar. It is a 4-day stage race (UCI Hors Catégorie) which takes place in Castellón, Oropesa del Mar (Spain). This year´s route is full of technical and spectacular trails that bring the competitors to their limits. The world´s best riders out of 30 countries registered, among them 2021 World Champion Andreas Seewald from Germany and the current Cape Epic champions Georg Egger and Lukas Baum also from Germany.
