Surfing is thriving all around the world at the moment; like no other sport it combines action with a unique lifestyle, beach life, feeling of freedom and fun in the water.
With the goal to let kids experience the unrivaled feeling of riding a wave, the Surf Academy was founded twelve years ago.
In 2008 the Surf Academy tours for three weeks through the Netherlands and Spain, guided by five professional surf instructors from the USA. Among them surf pro twins Sierra and Hailey Partridge.
In addition to teaching 6-16 year olds, this year the team also presents the "Out of Bounds"-Initiative (special part of the Surf Academy), teaching visually impaired children how to surf.
