Cabo Verde - an archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean, located 600 kilometers off the West African coast. Sal is one out of ten islands - a unique place in the middle of the ocean.This event is governed by the Professional Windsurfers Association (PWA) Rulebook and is sanctioned by the PWA as a World Cup Wave status event as part of the 2010 PWA World Tour
