There's no way to stop the progress in snowboarding: the EVOLUTION in Europe's highest city will go beyond the scope of the conventional and take freestyle snowboarding to the next level. From January 05th to 10th 2009, this essential 6-star event of the Ticket To Ride (TTR) World Snowboard Tour will take place in Davos, Switzerland, for the third time. At the quarter-pipe and slopestyle competitions, the world's best snowboarders will fight for the US$ 100,000 overall prize-purse and lots of coveted points for the TTR World Snowboard Tour. A total of 25,000 spectators are expected to watch the competitions in both disciplines. The will especially enjoy the spectacular night finals at the foot of the Jakobshorn.
