E-Mountainbiking: inaugural edition of the World’s biggest e-bike event

It is the promise of an extreme challenge against the backdrop of breathtaking Alpin

scenery, which will draw riders of all levels to the first Verbier E-Bike Festival in

Switzerland. Willpower, endurance and bike-handling prowess are put to the test on gruelling

climbs and technically demanding downhill parts, as athletes tackle various climate zones in

two different races: firstly, invitation only multi-stage event around Europe’s largest

mountain the Tour du Mont Blanc (E-TMB) with riders like MTB legend and multiple World

Champion Christoph Sauser (SUI), triple Cape Epic winner Stefan Sahm (GER) and longterm

Swiss Freeride World Tour competitor Jérémie Heitz (freeski) crossing 3 countries of this

border region. And secondly, the one-day Tour du Val de Bagnes for ambitious amateurs as

well as the elite.
