SnowFest Innsbruck 2023

At the forecourt of the Tyrolean Landestheater in the heart of Innsbruck, winter sports is in the spotlight from November 24 - 26, 2023 at the second edition of the SNOWFEST INNSBRUCK. That means winter sports in concentrated form. On Friday the snowboarders will take part in the renowned Rock A Rail Contest, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The following day, the freeskiers take over and whirl through the air between Landestheater and Hofburg to amaze spectators. Sunday is dedicated to future sports stars, as the snow ramp is modified and is open to everyone under the watchful eye of coaches.

ROCK A RAIL GOES INNSBRUCK:
The second stop of the 2023 Rock A Rail Snowboard Tour takes the international street snowboarding elite back to the Innsbruck city center with a view of the impressive Nordkette. Olympic champion Anna Gasser (AUT) and Benny Milam (USA) were the winners of the first edition in 2022. The 37 m long, 17 m wide and 10.5 m high ramp features progressive rail features that will play all the pieces and ensure action-packed tricks. The setup is being revised for Rock A Rail's 10th anniversary and has some new surprises in store.

DOWNTOWN FREESKI:
For the second time in a row, the international freeskiers are also having the honor of competing again at the DownTown StreetSki Session on the forecourt of the Tyrolean State Theater. Last year's outstanding rider was the American Ryan Stevenson.
