XTERRA Greece Championships & Ultra Sky Marathon Madeira

The Greek capital of Athens was ready again to host the 5th XTERRA Greece Championships. These top international off-road triathlon gives endurance athletes both professionals and amateurs from around the world a chance to race in some of the most spectacular and challenging natural environments on the planet.

Madeira, the iconic island  hosts one of the most spectacular ultra marathons in the world, the Madeira Ultra SkyMarathon. The race is part of the 2017 Migu Run Skyrunner® World Series of the International Skyrunning Federation. The Madeira Ultra SkyMarathon is a technical mountain race over 55 km long with a 4,000m vertical climb and includes some passages that require technical grade II climbing expertise.
