Tony Hawk Show

November 20th/21st 2009, Paris (France)

The king had called, and everybody joined in: the Tony Hawk Show at the historic Grand Palais in Paris was a unique experience blending skateboarding, music and art in the monumental listed building - an unparalleled success! One of the most iconic cultural sites of Paris welcomed for the first time ever, Tony Hawk, the global icon of skateboarding, accompanied by the world’s best vert ramp specialists. At the historic building, the wild skateboarders put on a show that went down in skateboarding history. On the biggest vert ramp ever built in Europe beneath the vast glass ceiling of the Grand Palais, Tony Hawk (USA), Andy MacDonald (USA), Sandro Dias (BRA), Jean Postec (FRA), Kevin Staab (USA), Jesse Fritsch (USA), Sergie Ventura (USA) and Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins (USA) sent shivers down the spines of the 5,500 privileged spectators lucky enough to be there.
