Mountainbiking on snow – this challengig combination will attract again lots of pros and amateurs from all over the world to the Bernese Oberland at the beginning of the year. From 17th to 19 th of January 2020 races will be held on all three days – the combined distance is 115 km in length and more than 1000 m of climbing daily. Each race holds another challenge for marathon specialists, uphill talents or downhill enthusiasts alike thanks to the individual route profiles, the challenging topography and distances. The Snow Bike Festival is the first mountain bike race on snow to receive UCI accreditation. Only this way, pro bikers can collect valuable UCI points in preparation for major events worldwide.
