The world’s best freeriders drop into Freeride World Tour 2020 in Hakuba, Japan and begin the quest to win the sport’s most prestigious world title during the weather window from January 18-25. As snow continues to stack-up in the mountains of the northern hemisphere, the world’s best freeriders have only one thing on their mind: stop number one of the 2020 Freeride World Tour in Hakuba, Japan. With over a century of rich ski history and tradition, the event sites of the Hakuba Valley have more recently become legendary for riders from across the globe in search of the deepest and most consistent snow the world has to offer. The first of the five-stop tour, FWT20 Hakuba will be only the second time the event has gone down in the Japanese Alps.
