FISA World Rowing Championships 2015

August 30th to September 6th 2015, Aiguebelette (FRA)

For athletes and spectators alike, it’s the highlight of the rowing season: from August 31st to September 6th 2015, the World Rowing Championships will take place on Lake Aiguebelette. The lake is one of only a few natural rowing courses in France. Situated at the foot of the Épine Mountains, which separate the Chambéry basin and Lake Bourget from the Avant Pays Savoyard and the plains to the east of Lyon, the lake is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.
