A 45-degree slope, interspersed with high cliffs and steep chutes: that´s freeriding at its most extreme! At one of the worl´s largest ski resorts, the "L´Espace Killy" at the French winter sports destination Tignes, the 44 best freeriders in the world will meet for the penultimate leg of the Freeride World Tour 2008 from March 09^th to 12^th 2008. By foot, the freeskiers and snowboarders will hike to the peak of the Grand Balme (2,882 m) before they will drop into one of the most exciting freeride faces of the Alps.
