Engadinsnow stands for pure freeskiing and snowboarding; a package of action and fun that is held on Silvaplana’s home mountain the Corvatsch, Engadin valley. Athletes from all over the world guarantee high level sports. At the big air contest, the freestylers show their skills with tremendous tricks and high airs. The Quarterpipe on the Corvatsch is the arena for the riders on skis and snowboards to demonstrate their skills. For four days, the "boarder valley" is the centre of the snowboarding and freeskiing scene. Engadinsnow.com is the counterpart to the Engadinwind.com, an event for windsurfers and kitesurfers, which is held on the Lake Silvaplana every summer.
