In June 2005, an exciting new event took place in the picturesque Swiss city of Bremgarten. The Quiksilver Wave & Wheels 2005 was an unprecedented contest uniting sports like surfing, skateboarding, freestyle kayaking and BMX with youth culture and ethic aspects. Conceived and realised by active athletes, the event presented new contents and represented the young lifestyle authentically.
