For the European freestyle scene, it's the most traditional and most important
season's opening: for the 23rd (!) time in a row, the Kaunertal Opening will take
place at Kaunertal Glacier, Austria. From October 17 to 19 2008, the international
snowboarding and freeskiing community will gather at the Tyrolean glacier to
present their newest slopestyle tricks after the long summer break and to kick off
the winter season with contests, ski and snowboard tests, parties and concerts.
