Mount Baker, Washington / Castleton Tower,Utah

With the biggest peak project in history, Swiss mountaineering company Mammut celebrates its 150th anniversary: in the course of the "150 Peaks Projec", 150 summit climbs will be organized worldwide between August 2011 and August 2012. After the climbing of epic Swiss mountain Jungfrau in August 2011, now two new exciting mountain adventures are due. Following the slogan "from ice climbing to desert climbing", two teams with guides and handicapped athletes climb legendary US mountains Mount Baker, Washington, and Castleton Tower, Utah. This project is supported by an US organization for handicapped climbers, Paradox Sports, and the US climbing organization The Access Fund.
