A never been done before, double World Cup in Switzerland opens the Olympic winter season for freestylers. Over 100 snowboarders and freeskiers from all over the world will meet at the BIG AIR CHUR on 22-23 October 2021 to show their skills on the kicker and compete for Olympic participation. In addition, popular artists are slated to perform in the amply-spaced outdoor area at the Obere Au in Chur, which serves as a fantastic location for Big Air scaffolding, music stages and audiences alike.

The organiser First Event AG, a subsidiary of the globally active Live Nation and rich in festival experience and expertise, has succeeded in bringing this premiere to Chur in close cooperation with the Swiss-Ski and FIS associations. Supported by the city of Chur and the canton of Graubünden, spectators can expect a festival safely packed with international and Swiss stars from the world of freestyle sport as well as live concerts to stoke the mood.

The event will also take place in front of a live audience for the first time in almost 2 years due to the corona-related winter Season without spectators last year.

The qualifications for snowboarders (22.10.) and freeskiers (23.10.) will take place during the day. The finals are scheduled for 6 p.m. followed by popular live acts.
