Oldest spanish Mountainbike Stage Race

The UCI race VolCAT is the oldest Spanish mountainbike stage race and hold in Igualada (Catalonia) for the 13th time. More than 1000 athletes from 25 countries participated in the 2018 edition and fought for important points of their UCI ranking. All in all 180 kilometers in distance and 4500 meters in altitude needed to be completed within the three days. It is held in a format with room for the best bikers in the world alongside keen amateur athletes.
